Is there a difference between a Special Needs Trust and a Supplemental Needs Trust?

These are really the same trust.  The contents of the trust will be important to determine whether the trust can be used for the money of the disabled person or for the money of third parties.  By creating trust which comply with the requirements of Social Security  If you happen to be approved for SSI then you will receive Medicaid. It is also possible to get both Medicare and Medicaid if you are approved for SSI and another type of Social Security disability benefit.
